Join Lindsey and Jackie this Summer for G.E.A.R. U.P., a summer workshop series designed specifically for young girls entering 6th through 9th grade. Our mission is to equip them with the tools and confidence needed to thrive socially and emotionally as they embark on their middle and high school journey.
Why G.E.A.R. U.P.?
Adolescence can be a challenging time filled with new experiences, social pressures, and academic demands. At G.E.A.R. U.P., we understand these unique challenges and are here to support girls every step of the way. Our comprehensive 3-day, 6 hour program focuses on:

Managing School Stressors
Navigating Anxiety
Program Highlights
Hands-On Activities: Our engaging activities are designed to build confidence, teamwork, and leadership skills.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Techniques: We integrate proven CBT techniques to help girls manage anxiety and develop a positive mindset.
Skill Development: Participants will practice coping skills, learn about effective communication, and develop resilience.

Duration: 3 days, totaling 6 hours of programming.

Time: 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Cost: $350 - Full program cost due at time of sign up.
